Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We work with international suppliers to bring you quality products at great prices. As a result, delivery times are longer than local retailers. Estimated delivery times by region:
- Canada & United States: 10–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs & Duties For international orders outside Canada, customers may be responsible for customs fees or import duties charged by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.
